The 8-Week Online Coaching program is designed for people of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to push through a plateau, the program will be tailored to meet your specific goals and needs.
The program is flexible based on what equipment you have available. Whether you have access to a full gym or just minimal equipment at home, We’ll customize the workouts to suit your environment.
Your nutrition plan will be your goals, dietary preferences, and lifestyle. We’ll focus on creating a balanced, sustainable eating plan that fuels your workouts and helps you achieve long-term results—no extreme diets or restrictions.
During the weekly check-ins, we’ll review your progress, discuss any challenges, and adjust your training or nutrition plan as needed. It’s also an opportunity to stay accountable and receive motivation to keep moving forward.
The group Zoom calls are educational sessions where I’ll share insights on fitness, nutrition, and well-being. They’re designed to enhance your understanding and help you implement long-lasting, healthy habits. You’ll also get the chance to ask questions and connect with others in the program.
Results vary depending on individual effort, but most participants experience increased strength, improved muscle tone, better endurance, fat loss, and healthier eating habits. More importantly, you’ll gain the knowledge and tools to continue progressing after the program.
You’ll have ongoing support throughout the entire 8 weeks, including personalized feedback during check-ins, group support through Zoom calls, and access to us for any questions or guidance you need.
